Sestine appeared behind him and waved her wand. "Repairem!" she stated, and the hole in the wall set about repairing itself.

Draco hissed in annoyance and turned to face her, his lips curled in a sneer of disdain.

"I have no time to be bothered with..." his eyes looked her over and he smirked. "You..." and with that he turned his back to her and retreated to the other side of the room, as far away from her as he could get. He wanted nothing to do with her, he wanted even less to do with her now than he normally did, and that was saying quite a lot.

Why did his mother do that? Probably once she had learned he survived, she had come back for revenge. He wiped the sweat from his forehead. So it was all his fault then. Every last bit of it, if he had died like she had wanted, Ivy wouldnt be in pain. She would have been safe. Osanna was going to be very angry with him, he knew that, and perhaps Ivy would be as well, but she would have every right to be. She was going to hate him...and he deserved it. It was ironic that all he had wanted was her attention, and in getting it he had nearly had her killed.

He really did deserve it. But his mother...she deserved something of an entirely different order. A wicked sneer spread over his lips, he was going to see that she got it!

Snape was back in his quarters, somewhere between worry and anger. The two emotions mixed and mingled together in a heady concoction. He was worried about Ivy, that much was true, but he was also worried about Osanna, as selfish as that seemed, he knew how close the two women were and how Osanna was suffering, even though she was not the one who had been hurt. He had been stung when she had scorned him, pushed him away...it had hurt far more than he had imagined it would. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath, he had not even gotten the chance to give her the present he had gotten for her, so he was going to change that. Right now.

He arose from behind his desk and gathered up both Osanna's gift and Ivy's and set out with a certain determined, grim look on his face to their cottage.

Osanna had just decided to send Draco an owl when Ivy groaned loudly and stirred on the table, Osanna, parchment and quill forgotten jumped up and appeared at her side, her hand on Ivy's. Ivy sat up precariously, swaying to and fro for a moment before finally steadying herself enough to sit up completely. She straightened her back as best she could, and then remained silent, blinking and rubbing her head for a few moments.

"What in THE HELL?"

"I was going to ask you the same thing, Osanna said. "I dont know what happened in here, Draco came into the Great Hall, on about the Crucius curse...then Snape and I arrived to see SOMEONE running away, I tried Avada on them to no avail, then I found you, like this..."

Ivy took a deep breath and rubbed her temples, trying to ease the pounding in her head. "It was Narcissa Osanna..."

Osanna nodded. "I thought as much, I assumed it was her, that bitch, you know Ivy Draco caused this entire mess and...."

Ivy shook her head vehemently. "No it is NOT his fault Osanna, you should know that, he is not responsible for what his mother did, or all the trouble she's caused, and we cant blame him for it."

Osanna gave Ivy a stunned look and shook her head. "Ivy, he got us tangled up in this entire mess, if it wasnt for him..."

"I may be dead right now." Ivy finished. "Draco and George saved me, and we should be thankful for that."

Osanna was once again about to protest when there was a knock on the door. She huffed and rolled her eyes but made her way to the door nonetheless, Ivy managing to rouse herself from the table following slowly behind.

Osanna threw the door open to see Snape standing there, several packages in his arms.

"I told you Severus I didn't want anyone her...."

Snape nodded and then interrupted. "I know, but it is Christmas nonetheless, and I have...presents..." he said in a slightly quieter tone, as if he didnt want anyone to hear him.

Osanna couldnt resist, she chuckled and opened the door wider for him to come in. "All right then, but only because you have presents."

Snape nodded and stepped inside, George appearing as if seemingly from nowhere to paw at Snapes leg and try to get into the packages.

"Excuse me for a moment, I'll be right back." Osanna smiled and hurried up the stairs to retrieve her own gift for Snape.

Severus eyed George as he placed his packages upon the table; the little dragon made an indignant chuffing noise and plopped down on Snape's shoes, sniffing the air.

"Wondrous, he must know."

"Know what?" Ivy asked, sitting down on the couch.

Snape turned around on one heel, as if shocked. "I didn't see you Ivy, I am quite relieved to see you up and moving about, and as for George, he must know I brought him a gift!"
